The problem was the trackpad,
This was posted by Renan05 a.k.a paparoach in ,this thread, a level 4 and one of the pioneer member of level5team. Basically if the trackpad is not working we need to change it with a new one, but in this case paparoach already change the pad but the problem is still there. So he decided to reheat and change the IC near trackpad connector, it is the culprit. After changing it the trackpad works perfectly.

most of the 8520 i've repaired having the same problem was fixed by just cleaning the board in my ultrasonic cleaner...
i've never encountered one which needs that part to be replaced...

thanks for the comments.
If there were a time that you will encounter same error and you cannot fix it by cleaning just try to do the tricks, I know that you already established a name on gsm industry so I know this is just a basic on our part...
